There will be three F4 variants, the base model F4, F4 R and F4 RR, although their actual differences are not yet known. It is expected that they will be distinguished at least by their engine upgrades.

The bike gets Ohlins electronic adjustable suspensions, ride by wire throttle control and four engine maps, normal, sport, rain and a map  adjustable by the rider. Also the bike features traction control adjustable in eight steps, shifter, new silencer, new Brembo radial four piston callipers, 320 mm rotors, new light weight forged aluminium wheels, LED daytime running lights, etc.

Concerning the electronic suspensions, probably there will be 4 four adjustments, although rider may get the option to personalize the settings. The compression and rebound damping are adjusted electronically, although spring preload could be adjusted manually. There are also some engine improvements, power is still around 200 bhp.

The speculated prices in Italy are ¤ 16.990 for the F4, ¤ 18.990 for the F4 R and 23.990 ¤ for the F4 RR. More to come on Eicma motor-show following this week.

Comment: The styling seems always fresh, getting some touches of refinement every now and then, on top of the initial concept.
