It happened in France: He lost his new motorcycle. Also…
The 28 y.o. was caught speeding at 144 km/h (89.5 mph) at the Parisian ring road (Boulevard Peripheral) where the speed limit is 80 km/h (49.7 mph).
However he didnąt have any riding licence (he would pass his tests in some time) and he had bought his bike new, two days ago.
Naturally he didnąt have an insurance either since he bought the bike without a riding licence.
The end of the story is as follows for the rider:
1) The bike was confiscated
2) He will not apply for a riding license for a long period .
3) A 15000 Euros (19600 USD) fine which means that the rider could end up to jail for some time.
