The latest issue of the English-language 'Azan' magazine, a propaganda publication produced by the Taleban, extols Honda's low-cost, low-maintenance 125-cc motorbike. Honda first released this simple motorbike in the mid 1970s after observing motorbike habits in Asia and realizing customers wanted a cheap bike they could overload with and extra passenger and goods.

What Honda produced was later embraced by the world's rebel militants, including the Taleban.
Here comes a paragraph from the “Azan” magazine referring to the CG 125:
“ All praise is due to Allah Who has made the crusaders flee with a humiliating defeat at the hands of the Mujahidin who have so little resources compared to them. We, the Mujahidin, have won the war with Honda 125s, priced at about $700 (¤510)”.
