The new Twin-Cooled™ High Output Twin Cam 103 engine is now cooled by air and water according to Harley¢s Rushmore project. Actually this may be distinguished by the twin radiators on either side of the engine and air outlets towards rider¢s feet. This is the second time that a liquid cooled engine is introduced, after the 2002 Harley V-Rod. 


Concerning the two touring bikes, Electra Glide and Road King,  the lights are changed to LED and Halogen respectively. Additionally the ABS brakes are now linked and upgraded.
